Spent the last two days chasing the RÁS team around Dale in Pembrokeshire whilst they train for the upcoming Ironman.
Long jaunts cycling over the mountains and finishing up with pizza after a dip in the sea. I say dip… This was race pace.
I’ll never forgive Dan for putting me on a skiff!
